United for children.

We are a diverse team, composed of individuals from various backgrounds, nationalities, abilities, and demographics, all united in our mission to help children rise beyond poverty.

  1. Aimé Gotte, Chief Executive Officer

Aimé has joined CRY from Manchester United Foundation where he was co-leading their secondary school department. He has been involved in working internationally in different capacities for numerous years. Aimé is passionate about seeing vulnerable children and young people rise beyond poverty. He loves football, reading, travelling and meeting new people.

  2. Keziah Brennan, Chief Operating Officer

Keziah manages all of the operations of CRY, from monitoring and liaising with the projects to organising the administration of the charity and applying for awards from grant-making bodies. Her working background is in the voluntary sector and she has a degree in Geography and International Development. Kez says that it's a privilege to do what she does and how CRY impacts thousands of lives across the world.

  3. Jeff Moss, Chief Retail Officer

Jeff Moss joined CRY as our Shop Operations Manager in April 2020 having been involved with CRY’s work for over 20 years, more latterly as a Trustee. Jeff draws from his experience as a B&Q buyer to help maximise the sales and profitability of our shops. Having visited several of our projects over the years Jeff feels excited and honoured to be involved in this capacity. Jeff is married to Lori who has managed 2 of our shops, Dorchester and Taunton and plays an active role today.

  4. Wendy Clark, Finance Manager

Wendy has been working for CRY since March 2004 and is AAT qualified. On a day-to-day basis, Wendy oversees all the income and expenditure of CRY, making sure that all the money is banked, bills are paid and each project receives all the money that has been donated by our sponsors. She has described her work as "...both exciting and demanding, with many challenges along the way".

  5. Jay Jones, Retail Operations Manager

Jay wears several hats, managing our Southsea shop and helping to coordinate our shop team. She plays a key role in the success of our daily retail operations across all eight of our charity shops.

  6. April Stockill, Finance and Operation Assistant

April is CRY’s Finance Assistant. She has an NFC level 3 in Business Administration and is working towards her AAT qualification in accountancy. April says that she loves working for an organisation whose goals are to see children’s lives changed around the world for the better.

  7. James Arrow, Media Officer

Graduated with a Bachelor's in Animation and a Master's in Digital Media. James is CRY's designated animator and graphic designer and loves anything to do with computers and technology. He is enjoying working for CRY and using his skills to contribute to its charitable causes around the world, helping children in need outside the UK.

  8. Emma Jackson, Operations and Fundraising Coordinator

Emma has recently joined CRY as Charity Operations and Finance Assistant. She has a decade of youth worker and safeguarding experience and an accounting degree - an unusual combination but she's putting them both to use at CRY. She has fallen in love with being a part of the work of seeing children reach their full potential, and views it as such a privilege.

  9. Elizabeth Fry, CRY Intern

I wanted to do something with my gap year that would be insightful and allow me to serve others and grow as a Christian. Outside of this, I spend a lot of my time reading. I am excited to understand how CRY works and see how their projects support children and the young and I can’t wait to see one of the projects in person.

  10. Esther Langmead, CRY Intern

I am one of the very first interns at CRY. I’m so grateful to be a part of the team that helps children achieve their potential beyond poverty. Having just finished college and my A-levels, I’m looking forward to using the skills I have acquired to make a difference but also learning and having new experiences as part of the internship

  11. Chris Tait, CRY Consultant

Chris joined the Head Office Staff back in January 2017 bringing leadership and governance experience in both the business and charity sectors. He joined CRY because he was inspired by the work of the charity and relished the chance to get involved and to use his experience to help CRY do even more.

  12. The CRY Shop Staff

CRY operates eight charity shops across the South, staffed by an incredible team of employees and volunteers. These shops bring together workers of all abilities and backgrounds, united in their mission to make a positive impact on children's lives worldwide.
